A minute with the Lord can change the way we live the whole day.

As Franciscans of the Eucharist, we are invited to keep returning to Jesus, present with us in the Eucharist, and to let his self-giving love shape our words, choices, and care for others. And as we entrust ourselves to Our Lady, we can learn from her quiet “yes”: to listen, to trust, and to bring Jesus to the people we meet.

Today, take a moment to pause before the Eucharist, or simply turn your heart toward Christ where you are. Ask Mary to help you say yes to the next small act of love.

Jesus, make my heart more like yours. Mary, lead me to him.
